    A preliminary drawing for an intended children's book about a young pterosaur named Bright Eye and her two brothers, Sun Wing and Turnknuckle, exploring the late Cretaceous world of Montana, probably partially autobiographical.

  • Jurassic Park Mural
    This pastel of a Velociraptor and a group of Parasaurolophus was done for the movie Jurassic Park, to be reproduced as a much enlarged mural in the dinner/jello scene when a raptor steps out from behind it own image.  The color pattern and  Velociraptor pose in the pastel was based on a design by Stan Winston.

    Amblin purchased both the original pastel and the copyright, so I do not offer this pastel work for reproduction.

    Alien creatures of Planet Ice, dangerous by a variety of means. 

    Photo copies of pencil drawings done as preliminary work for a Fox animated feature, done through 1996-97.

    The production of this animated feature was halted and resumed after time with a new producer, the feature renamed Titan A.E. and all of the pencil and color design work I'd done not used--the entire Planet Ice portion of the story had been cut.
